<6w ago the RNOH Trauma 'Centre' opened ... & today we have 54 patients with 'sorted NOFs' who are eager to go home - as we know easier said than done. Anju's Army of Helpers are providing the social interaction and the twice daily physio .. all good! @AnjuJaggi @RNOHnhs

Just finished inaugural BOA EdCar mtg (Education and Career Development) - great enthusiasm and good ideas presented. Inclusivity, training opportunities for all and the curriculum changes took centre stage! Trainers and trainees both need to be ready!
