Made the decision to see a doctor yesterday and I’ve been diagnosed with depression. I fell a bit silly tbh,never thought it would be something that I’d ever encounter. Feel a bit lost right now. GP has referred me to @MindCymru for some 121s soon. Fingers crossed.
