I'm playing golf 🏌️‍♂️ ⛳️ in a few weeks, so I've just put my golf gear on that I wore last June in Portugal at my heaviest. Last summer, I couldn't do up my button on my shorts, and my polo shirt was like a lycra top. There is a slight difference now. Portugal in June 👌

Biggest advice i could give to a young player / parents that have been offered an academy full time contract is that you look at a college course on the side. Get a trade of some sort to fall back on. Hitting the big bad world at 21 with no trade is a horrible place.

The boy played u12 rugby today (Tight Head) before the game I said to him score 3 tries and get £10. He didn't score BUT played well and informed me after the game that 'He does all the shitty work that I never done as a back' great point again 👏so I gave him £5 for being cheeky
