And I’m done, quite sad leaving Parliament but had an amazing time, worked for great MPs and teams One of my regrets was not being able to show my Dad around, but one of my best days was taking my Mum Am looking forward to working in housing! (drop me a message for coffee etc!)

So, after 3.5 years it’s my final week working in Parliament It’s been such total privilege to have worked in literal palace, got to take so many cool photos too! Really excited to go into public affairs in a sector I’m *so* passionate about; housing!

Got mugged last month, had Find My iPhone set up and it was found at a phone shop But the Met said they don't look at locations and closed the case My phone then went via Heathrow to China, most likely part of a wider criminal network police could have stopped but chose not to

Looking through my photos and found this. On Tuesday afternoon I lost my Dad, passing away suddenly but peacefully. I imagine it's always hard but the sudden nature of it has really hit hard. He really was such a strong, inspirational figure. I just ask for you to pray for him.

3 years ago today, I unexpectedly lost my Dad. Got the call from my brother at work, 4:32pm, a memory I was never really able to shake in that office. Usually share of a photo of Dad and me but today here’s Dad making Mum laugh; they were married for an incredible 42 years.

Last year, because of lockdown I couldn't head back home for Father's Day so I posted my Dad a present, a boring selection of aftershaves that he never got chance to use. When he passed away I ended up taking them back with me, so I guess at least I've now found my go-to scent.
