Let’s make this very clear. It is legal for a woman to share a photo of her in underwear or swimwear. It’s acceptable on Instagram’s T&C’s. Cyberflashing is illegal in many countries. Exposed genitals and videos of sex acts are not comparable to a lingerie modelling photo.
