Lisa fancied herself a courtesan. After trashing her career, ruining two marriages, exposing herself to felony conviction, and dishonoring the FBI, she plays the female card. Of course, that was the card with which her career seems to have begun.

He thought that in the event of election fraud, he could present his case, whatever it may be, to a court and receive a fair trial and due process.
Funny. So did I.

Can we recap? Covington withheld relevant information from its client; Covington wrongly advised Flynn that he had no defenses; Covington agreed with the DOJ to hide the truth of the DOJ's extortion in a side agreement. Sue Covington into bankruptcy. Disbar the lawyers.

Were I President Trump, I would find the GOP unworthy of my talents and perfidious. I would declassify everything. I would pardon Assange. I would never place my family in the political area again, for any reason. And, I would write the history of how I exposed the Beast.
@ScottAdamsSays
The Twitter Bar, along with the Court, fails to recognize that no party has standing to sue until there is injury. An earlier suit would have been dismissed for lack of standing. But, this court action is a conclusion in search of a justification. Laches is ridiculous!
@WayneDupreeShow
Has anyone else come to feel that sports on TV are not important? Have we reached the limit of watching millionaires playing children's games? I have.

I'm old enough to remember when it seemed loony to claim that only a very few in government and business controlled the country. Today, that claim is patently evident. The ruling class hates us, including those who are smarter and more accomplished.
@pnjaban
1. Openly accept the reality of election mischief from outright fraud to computer gremlins to harvesting buckets of sketchy ballots, to no same day voting.
2. Prepare for misbehavior, yet harvest our own ballots, vote early, as Obama said, hit back twice as hard. 1

Shameful that

cut away with a false dismissive claim that there was no substance to what she said. Maybe he will cry while talking about the girls who wouldn't date him in high school.

Always trust a leaker who was offered to be the head of the Ukraine armed forces--three times.
Obviously a bribe, but one the Ukrainians believed he would accept.
@Barnes_Law
Sue before the election: "You have no legal standing in court."
Sue right after the election: "You dummy, you should have sued before the election."
And people are seriously thinking this stupid argument is airtight and the Supreme Court is not gonna touch it?
@JonathanTurley
"Widespread" errors misses the point of election fraud in this election. The fraud here was targeted to specific cities and areas in those cities. Don't be taken in by a demand for systemic fraud.

Please do. Then you can be removed as the moderator. An honest man would never accept such a conflicted position. But, there you are.

This is the Amendment.
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
Potential gain is not income. It's unconstitutional

Ok. Move the barbed wire 10 feet away from the border. Now the thugs can enter the country but not enter your state.
Make them sue you again.

How could the CISA know? Could it show its work, or will it be like the CIA assessment of election interference. This is highly irresponsible and likely a Gina Haspel invention.
@Espngreeny
Good grief. Did you see that offensive line? Rodgers is lucky to have missed having to play behind them this year. Tom Brady would have had a terrible year. Why pick on Wilson?

Let discovery begin. One assumes Dominion can produce the voting machines, software, and operators of every machine used in the election. Those are the sine qua non of the defense. A flashy letter is less than nothing.
Question from a non-lawyer (me):
So, this retired judge now makes the case not to drop charges, DoJ still declines to prosecute. Does Sullivan just have the new judge continue the case in lieu of the DoJ? How does this even work?
@realjuliasong
Urooj Rahman, 33, and Colinford Mattis, 34, two New York LAWERS who threw a Molotov cocktail a police car, reached a deal with Biden and Garland prosecutors to recommend sentences of 18 to 24 months. Will Perkins Coie extend an offer?

When people ask me my politics--and they know I think Trump to be the essential man--I tell them I am a JFK Democrat. The radioactivity of corruption has compounded exponentially.
