@VanWagoner @nettermike It needs to be: Congress Shall Not have the power to Tax and Collect. We had no national debt about 100 years ago. One debt was normalized Congress just thought of ways to enrich their Cronies and Spent the People’s earnings! It becomes Indentured Servitude.
