"Another day, another migrane..." Japanese/English, Music and Video Maker, TUGS, SpongeBob, Sonic, Pokémon and South Park fan, also a fan of Classic Thomas
I love how in Thomas' Day Off, when Dennis admits to Thomas that he's lazy and tricked him, Thomas and the narrator don't say anything about Thomas being pissed. Just showing him mad is absolutely perfect.
Craig- I mean, Gordon is finally here!
I also took a picture of him with Elliot since he’s seen the model back in 2002 so I thought it would be a nice reunion.
Holy crap, you guys! I’ve recently received these faces sheets of Thomas, Edward, Henry and Gordon! What’s special about these is that they were used as references by various animation teams for Pokémon and SpongeBob. Note the markings on all five sheets.
I've noticed this before, but I really love how the model makers during S4 based some of the faces from the original books like in the Clearwater times.
With the new footage from ThomasTankMerch and the 1992 Hamleys display, it makes me more and more sad about where the props are now (most of them I mean).
Dudley, to me, is what a true steam engine villain should be like; not a murderous psychopath like Alfred, but calm, manipulative and pulling any trick in the book to get his way without being too over the top.
@lapis__lazulite
“Screw you guys, I’m going home!”
“I’m not fat, I’m big boned!”
“Respect my authoritah!”
His original catchphrases was what made him so iconic in the first place.
Okay, I've been holding onto this for a while now.
Sailor John was actually the one responsible for the dynamite setting alight, not Thomas.
I mean, where do you think he got two stick of them from and why would one of the crates in Ryan's trucks be open?
I just how during S5, Thomas has been portrayed as being more grown-up and kind compared to his past appearances and then come the final episode of that season, he goes right back to his S1-2 self again.
Am I one of the only people who's fine with Rosie's original livery? I mean, red does look great on her, but IDK, I've always preferred the lavender livery.
I love how for the later Ladybird books, the crew recreated scenes just for these books, I was also surprised how they kept Henry's old firebox after S2.
I don't know what's scarier to me; the sight of an engine being ripped apart on-screen as he screams in agony or a ship nearly pulling a crane off the docks as his entire superstructure buckles and bends out of shape?
