@Rothmus I used to rent out but gave it up because it's too much of a hassle. Fortunately, my tenants were all great people, but for many others, this isn't the case. They don't pay, destroy the properties and it's costs a fortune to evict. F*** that noise. I choose peace & quiet.

@investwert @Rothmus Hahaha no, it isn't. None of that means they don't live in filth. I know other landlords who require all of that but wind up getting hoarders. It's always a risk, and the landlord is going to incur ALL of the expenses and repair costs. Not worth it for me.
