I think at this point IRAs should be treated like individual 401ks. Allow people to save up to the 415c limits of $61k in both IRAs and Roth. Get rid of income limits and just give people $61k across all accounts including 401k.

The realtor and mortgage process is one of my least favorite experiences out there. I am also disappointed no one has fully or even partially disrupted this 5-6% commission on the sale of a house for two people that basically set a few meetings. It's absurd.
