By the end of the meet, all athletes are called by their names regardless of the school on the front of their jerseys. What a great day today! Our next home meet will be Wednesday, May 3rd at 3:30.

Boys soccer continues their hot start to the season with a 7-1 victory over Avon Middle-High School. Scoring goals were Ryker King (3), Luke Wiley, Nathan Wiley, Arman Araujao & Ian Clive.
The Boys Basketball squad will take on Springfield Intl. Charter Sunday 3/19 at 2 pm in the MIAA D4 State Championship at UMass Lowell. Fan bus tickets are $3 & will be sold during all 3 lunches Friday. Click on the link below for tickets for the game.

Boys soccer wins their first game of the season over Bristol Aggie 4-3! Brett Brophy scored a goal & had 2 assists, Kyle Susko scored a goal & Cole Berriault found the back of the net twice. Goalie Malachi Samuels had 5 saves.
The Vikings volleyball squad defeats Boston Collegiate Charter in straight sets 3-0 in the MIAA Division 5 Tournament. They will next play at Hopedale on Friday 11/3 at 5 pm.

Girls tennis starts their season with a win 4-1 over Bourne. Winning matches were Brooklyn Bindas, Julia McDuffy, Stoney Ferry & the doubles team of Evelyn Francis & Keira Pierre.
Volleyball also suffered a loss by the hands of Seekonk in a tough game. Wareham won the first two sets but Seekonk came back to win the next three. I am hearing both sides played really hard.
Tough 1-0 loss for the boys soccer team against Sturgis West in the MIAA tournament. The lone goal came in the 70th minute on a penalty kick. Congratulations to the squad on a fantastic season.

Training at the weight room this summer is open to all WHS student athletes. This is possible because of the WHS football coaches who are volunteering their time to open it. This is a great & free opportunity to make some gains this summer for the Fall season.

The softball team also won both of its games against Holbrook with Madison Nereu and Jolee Anderson picking up the wins. Nereu, Anderson, Sawyer Boutin, Emily Mancuso and Jossalyn Anctil provided the offense.

Boys soccer scored a 5-0 win this afternoon. Leading the scoring was Brayden Brophy (2) along with Gabe Silva, Arman Araujo & Cole Berriault chipping in with a goal apiece. Assisting on goals were Silva (2) & Salim Karam. Freddie Rosen & Nate Wiley combined for the shutout.
The weight room at the track will be open Monday, Wednesday & Thursday this week from 3-4:30 pm for those athletes who would like to workout in preparation for their upcoming winter sports season. Any questions please see Mr. Gardner.
