One of the most magical things about The Well is how quiet it is. Not because it's empty, but because it's isolated from car traffic. God I love developers it's so beautiful.

Toronto's tall building guidelines are just incredibly stupid and hostile to the people living in them. Instead of a large building with big units, we mandate two smaller towers instead, with a view of your neighbours living room 5 meters away.
