He asked if he could say goodbye, so I held up the procedure so he could come. He left before she died b/c it was "too real." I'll never forgive him.

@Toyapup This is a REALLY toxic workplace, & I'm sorry you feel guilt tripped. Do you have a "use it or lose it" policy? Because if not, hopefully you live in a PTO payout state, and you can take them to the cleaners with all the PTO they wouldn't let you use when you finally get to leave
