Insane video showing blind bombardment of Ariha (S. Idlib - Syria) by Assad's forces using heavy (unguided) artillery provided by Russia.
Remember this when you'll see pro-Assad & Kremlin propagandists claiming they strike "terrorists".
This is pure evil.
Today one of the most famous Wagner mercenary, nicknamed "Vaha", was killed in Ukraine. He fought in Donbass in 2014-16 (where he executed prisoners of war), but also in Libya & Syria.
Syrian Rebels might have scored their biggest hit vs Russian troops since 2016. GRU's Colonel Pechevisty, seen with paratroopers in Latakia on pic 1, was killed in strike against a command post (). Rebels said they struck a HQ 2 days ago in Latakia prov.👇
Russian Colonel O. Pechevisty was a Special Forces commander & operated in Syria since last December to carry out special tasks. He was killed 2 nights ago in Syria. Highest-ranking Russian Officer slain in the country since Summer 2020. Thks to

Syria: lowering water level of Euphrates didn't reveal Hunger Stones like in Europe, but a Roman/Byzantine graveyard dug out in the rock. Site located in W. Raqqa province.
Russia isnt' ashamed to show its war crimes committed in Syria. Video is cut off immedialely after the airstrike, to hide the dramatic aftermath (50 civilians killed & wounded in mobile market). Total Moscow's disregard for civilian lives outside Assad-held areas.
Defied in his own country, Putin wanted a show of force. It happened in Syria. RuAF choose to bomb a market near Jisr Shoghur (SW. Idlib) were ppl were buying vegetables, 3 days before Eid Adha. 12 civilians slain, 35 injured. Official media will praise him ("terrorists killed").
A. Ivanovitch was an experienced Russian paratrooper who fought in Chechnya, Georgia, Syria & took Crimea. He survived destruction of his convoy in Bucha (Feb. 29), went to the South of Ukraine where he died few days ago in (HIMARS) strike on ammo depot.
This video is widely used by pro-Kremlin propagandists claiming to show a Russian bomb.
Guess what?
It's from Syria and not even a Russian bomb.
It shows a SVBIED detonated by HTS in March 2017 in Qomhana (Hama).
Drones hit the official ceremony in Homs Military College, with graduation of new batch of troops in presence of defense minister. Many casualties. Apparently suicide drones used. It looks like a Rebels' attack.
First documented case of a Spetsnaz & Wagner mercenary killed in Ukraine & who was personnally awarded by Assad. Battalion cmdr, S. Kononov fought on many fronts in Syria: Latakia Mounts, Daraa, Palmyra & capture of besieged E. Aleppo. 3 times in Libya.
Besides the Air Force, snipers are among the most feared among Russian troops deployed in Syria. Nasyrov Ildarovich was one of them. He was even decorated for this (Syrian medal). He was killed in Ukraine days ago.
An IRGC elite sniper was killed last night in Shiraz, Iran, by protesters. He was also an Imam. He was seriouly burned after being hit by a Molotov cocktail & died of wounds. He previous fought in Syria to support Assad.
Nothing to see here. Just refugee camps bombed with cluster bombs by Assad's forces in Idlib. 80 casualties, most of them children. The same Assad some want to rehabilitate on the International level. Syria
This is insane. Moment when Assad's forces bombed refugee camps near idlib this morning with BM-27 Uragan rockets. Each on those rockets contain 100s of cluster bomblets. ~80 casualties among civilians. Blattant war crime. Syria

"We are dead... Thank you for letting us down". A message from NW. Syria to the International Community & UN who didn't deliver aid outside Assad-held areas when it could have saved countless lives. 3,000+ dead & death toll still increasing.

Back to the 1st day of Russian intervention in Syria (30th Sept. 2015) when the MoD released the 1st video of airstrikes (N. Hama), actually showing bombs missed all intended targets.
Doesn't make the news but Russia is still bombing Idlib province, Syria.
This time RuAF blasted with several massive airstrikes a stone factory, killing the owner and his son. Multiple casualties among the workers & refugees living in nearby tents.
A crazy video from Syria. 3 years ago today, Russian Major General V. Gladkikh walked right into an (ISIS) IED trap in the Syrian desert. 8 dead in total, incl. the General & a Russian soldier👇
Looks like Kremlin badly needs a quick & cheap "victory", while its troops are steadily losing ground in Ukraine. Russia claims airstrikes in Idlib-Syria killed yesterday 120+ Rebels, destroyed 20 drones & 4 control centers. Stone factory was bombed instead, killing 7 civilians.
Syria: 7 civilians incl. a father & his 2 sons were killed today by Russia in Idlib. Airstrikes destroyed a stone factory in an area hosting many refugees, expelled from their homes by the same Russia backing Assad. Some of them living in nearby tents were wounded.
A no fly zone for Syrian AirForce in Idlib? Too complicated as per US administrations.
However blowing up 2 barrel bombers w/ Stingers provided by Turkey were enough to ban main Assad's death machine, saving countless lives.
2nd anniversary today👇
Lt Colonel Dmitriev, tank school graduate & later cmdr, took part in combat ops in Syria during latest Russian-led offensive in Idlib (end 2019-early 2020). It created biggest refugee wave w/ 100,000s civilians expelled from their homes. Killed in Ukraine.
@KilledInUkraine
Sr. Lieutenant A. Demin is currently the Russian Officer killed in Ukraine with the most recent (known) deployment in Syria. He left the country in May 2023 after an unusually long stay (16 months).
Head of a UAV Unit, he died in region of Zaporozhye 3 months after his arrival.
Firing bursts during a wedding is a well-established tradition in Syria & beyond. But sometimes things don't go as planned. Yesterday in DeirEzzor province👇
Seizing Airbases is arguably among most rewarding victories in Syria. Today is the 7th anniversary of capture of AbuDuhur AB by Rebels. They took advantage of a sand storm to neutralize SyAF. They overrun it after a 2-day battle, after it was surrounded for nearly 3 years.
Abu Omar "the Palestinian" went to Syria & took part along Rebels in battles vs pro-Assad forces to break the siege of Aleppo in 2016.
He was killed this week in Israeli bombardment on Gaza strip.
Major Zhigulev is probably the 1st Russian Officer who served in Syria killed by an ATACMS strike in Ukraine. He was the Head of an Engineering Service of a Ka-52 Squadron & likely died following strike on Berdyansk Airbase, which neutralized several Ka-52s. H/t

Usually the face you never see. Russian expert sniper Mosin (sic) Andrey went to Aleppo to kill Rebels & besiege E. Aleppo in 2016, ending up in mass-displacement of 10,000s of ppl. He was slain by Ukrainian Army last week as commander of a sniper platoon.
So ended the turbulent history of Ayash storage in Deir Ezzor, Syria:
- major SAA ammo dump
- seized by ISIS in 2016 (full of ammo)
- used by IRGC after 2017
- bombed by Israel in 2021
- partially destroyed by US in 2022
- obliterated 2 nights ago by US
Nothing to see here. This is Idlib-city (Syria) tonight after it was bombed by Assad's forces using incendiary munitions (thermite).
Thermite reaches over 2,000°C and it's dropped over residential districts.
Syria: young reporter Mohamed Othman documenting last night Assad's terror. Town of Idlib was randomly bombed with heavy artillery. Shortly after the video, he was struck. He is critically wounded.
Unbelievable. Rebels managed to kill, with their suicide drones, several Generals along with other officers who were attending the ceremony in Homs Military College. SAA is intensively shelling Idlib province in retaliation, incl. town of Ariha
Another Russian pilot (Mi-28 attack helicopter) who bombed Syria was killed. Major P. Alexandrovich was the Deputy Commander of the 487th Separate Helicopter Regiment. Possibly the pilot of the Mi-28 which crashed in Crimea on May 12. Thks to

The largest refugee camp in Syria is located on Turkish border, NW of Idlib:
~10,000 refugees in 2012
~30,000 in 2014
Now it's a town in itself, with over half million refugees. Not even half of it is visible on this photo.
Ukraine seriously degrading the Syrian Express (supply of weapons for Russians & Assad in Syria).

What's the Syrian Express?
A constant supply of bombs, weapons & ammunition by Russian ships since 2012 to keep the Syrian dictator in power.
It helped Assad to raze villages & towns out of his control & killed 10,000s.
Some landing ships were able to carry ~1,500 tons of cargo.
Oleg Farniev was a Russian pilot (North Ossetia) of a Mi-28 attack chopper deployed 2 times in Syria (2016 & 2018). This Spring his helicopter was shot down at low altitude in Ukraine. He survived the crash, but fired at Ukrainian troops who killed him. H/t

Syria: Turkey carried out this afternoon a bold airstrike (& the first of that kind since 2018). A TSK drone destroyed the car of SDF leaders who went to town of Zahraa (N. Aleppo) to meet pro-Assad/Iranian officials. Multiple casualties.

For the 1st time a crew member of a Russian Tu-22M3 strategic bomber, who carpet-bombed Syria in 2016/17, was killed by Ukraine.

Russia propaganda at its lowest. Yesterday Ru General claimed Rebels wld strike IDP camps in Idlib (area quoted was bombed today) to accuse Assad. But weapons used (BM-27 cluster rockets) are only in Russia-Assad's arsenals. Also means Kremlin knew SAA wld commit today's warcrime
That's almost a rule. Most Russian pilots killed previously bombed Syrians. 2 more slain this month identified:
1: Captain died on the 8th (likely Ka-52 shot down day b4 in Robotyne)
2: Major killed on the 12th (Su-30 crash in area of Kaliningrad)

Syria: first footage showing the Russian-made Pantsir S-1 destroyed last week by Israel near Masyaf. Vehicle is totally destroyed, explaining why whole crew was killed.
In anticipation of Syrian Air Force day (tomorrow), let's celebrate how Stingers fired by Turkish troops put an end to existence of barrel bombers over Greater Idlib, saving countless lives. It happened in early 2020👇
Syria: exclusive video showing Israel blasted tonight runway of Aleppo International Airport. Now out of service for some time. All flights diverted to Damascus.
Syria: today local fighters from Suwayda put an end to violations committed against civilian population by Assad's Military Intelligence. 100s of fighters stormed & took their HQ in Atil, in outskirts of Suwayda-city. Many casualties. Video of their HQ before it was burned down👇
Syria: this morning a bus carrying ~50 troops was blown up by an IED in 4th Division heartland in W. Damascus province. SAA suffered significant losses: 20 soldiers killed & 25 wounded (10 in intensive care). Deadliest insurgent attack there since a decade.
Syrian Rebels developped their own artillery years ago & constantly improved it like their drones.
Here they use a battery of 2 MLRS firing 220 mm (Zoam) rockets during today's retaliatory strikes.
Everything you see is homemade.
Syria: sign Homs Military College strike was a big deal, SAA is blindly shelling city of Idlib with Grads, which didn't happen in years. At least 35 civilians killed & wounded as og now during SAA retaliatory bombardment on towns in Idlib province.
Syria: today is the 10th anniversary of the capture by Rebels of Samra Beach, which gave them access to the Sea for first time.
It was the culminating point of the Anfal Offensive launched few days before, which started with seizure of Kessab on Turkish border.
Syria: Colonel Adel Sheikh died today in undisclosed circumstances. He's accused to be one of the perpetrators of Banyas massacre in 2013 (150+ civilians shot dead, stabbed or burned alive).
Two Russian Officers killed in Ukraine in July were part of a Pantsir crew (Air Defense). Their vehicle was located (at night) shortly after engaging targets & destroyed with a guided rocket while seeking cover. Both previously served in Syria (& awarded).
While Ukrainians face every day Russian terrorism, today is 10th anniversay of one of countless Assad massacres. SyAF jets bombed Aleppo University: 80+ students slain & 150+ wounded. Russia said referring to Intl Criminal Court wld be "counterproductive".
Unbelievable. This is the moment Assad's forces blew up Kafr Tal Mosque today (W. Aleppo, NW. Syria) with a precision strike. Deliberately bombing places of worship is a war crime.
On the day of Assad official visit in the UAE & few days before Ramadan, his forces targeted & destroyed the main mosque of Kafr Taal village, W. Aleppo. Total impunity he enjoys allowed him to quietly carry out worst crimes since 2011.
Kind of unexected spillover. Last night Ukraine neutralized with a naval (suicide) drone a Russian oil tanker which supplied main Kremlin death machine in Syria (Russian Air Force) with jet fuel. Boat (SIG) is afloat, but engine room is flooded. Spotted in May on Syrian Coast👇
Slava Abdo was a young Syrian Engineer. Her area in N. Aleppo countryside was devastated by the February earthquake.
She wanted to reach her fiancé in Europe & get a better life.
But she was stuck on Belarusian border for 15 days without food. She died of thirst.
She was 27.
Based on the craters, it looks like these 2 impacts were from ballistic missiles, presumably Iskander-M 9M723 missiles. The poor accuracy of Russian precision-guided munitions seems to be one reason why the Ukrainian Air Force wasn't immediately destroyed. The runway looks ok.
Breaking. First visual evidence the US Special Forces lost an helicopter during the raid carried out last night in area of Atmah (Greater Idlib - NW. Syria). ID of the target remains unconfirmed.
Assad massacred in Syria, incl. with worst torture techniques, 1,000s of Palestinians who didn't worship him.
It includes 650+ children & women. Still ongoing in Seydnaya prison.
Remember this when you'll see pro-Assad propaganda.
Full report:
Russia is still supplying own & Assad's death machines but at a much slower pace.
Syrian Express ships need a 3-week voyage to bring military supplies from Kaliningrad enclave to Tartus port.

Syria: 2 days after a SyAF Mig-21 crashed in the South, today an helicopter fell on residential districts of Hama-city, killing 3 onboard (all SAA Officers). Pilot was a Colonel from W. Homs.
Russia started to use thermite ordnance last night in Ukraine (L). It was regularly used in Syria to strike areas escaping Assad's control (R). Delivered either by 9M22S Grads or RBK-500 ZAB 2.5CM bomb, thermite has so high temperatures (over 2,000°C) it can burn through steel.
Russia trying to score points in Syria, in conjunction with its embarassing losses in Ukraine amidst failure of Avdiivka Offensive. Below it's Greater Idlib & Moscow is unleashing its firepower in absence of any air defense threat.
Unprecedented. Protestors burning down Assad's portraits after they took control of the Governorate Building in center of Suwayda today. Unrest due to deteriorating living conditions not new, but publicly removing the dictator's symbols is a whole new level.

Expelled from their town by Assad & Russia, Syrian refugees are also dying in Gaza. This is the case of Aya, from MaaretNuman, who was killed by Israeli bombardment.
Not much left of the ships Moscow sent to Syria in September 2013, in show of force after Assad's troops killed over 1,000 people in E. Ghouta with sarin.
Those ships were sunk one by one by Ukraine.
Not fireworks but incendiary ordnance. Last night Assad's forces struck town of Darat Iza with thermite. It can reach temperature over 2,000°C & it's dropped on residential areas.
Won't make headlines, but it's what's happening in Syria with Russia's help
And while Baath Party complains (only for Gaza) about use of incendary weapons, Assad's forces quietly dropped thermite last night on Kafr Noran village (W. Aleppo - Syria). No outcry here.
Baath Party from Homs suddenly recalls "white phosphorus" is an internationally-banned weapon if dropped on civilian settlements.
This is Assad's party whose army & their ally Russia use countless incendiary weapons to strike Greater Idlib towns (Syria) since years.
Syria: yesterday 6 people were admitted in Al-Shyail Hospital (DeirEzzor province) following intoxication cases. Today residents found the reason in an irrigation channel: a chlorine cylinder dropped by SyAF years ago.

5 years ago Assad & Russia launched the Offensive to capture besieged E. Ghouta (E. Damascus, Syria). It was preceded by a week of blind & merciless bombardment on Ghouta's towns with all kinds of weapons, which killed & wounded 100s of civilians.
The very first Russian landing ship involved in the Syrian Express & neutralized by Ukraine was the Saratov (Black Sea Fleet).
Ship was destroyed on 24th March 2022 with a missile strike on Berdyansk Port.
She was active to supply Assad's forces, via Tartus port, since 2013.

Syria: insane reports coming from the Homs Military College attacked by Rebels' suicide drones. This is a mass-casualty event. Dozens killed and wounded. The first documented death below.
For years Putin used Wagner mercenaries to act unofficially for Kremlin interests. In Syria, he replied to US "those aren't our troops" during assault on US in Khasham (2018), prompting USAF to wipe out Wagner-led column (photos). Putin's strategy is now backfiring.
