On 24th June, Wagner shot down a RuAF IL-22M airborne command post over Voronezh, Russia. At least one of the 8 dead was previously deployed in Syria (2018). Lt Colonel Milovanov was commander of the aircraft & Dep. Cmdr of 610th Center for Combat Use. Also flew on A-50s (AWACS).

This plane (RF-93966) gathered Intelligence for months in Syria to coordinate RuAF airstrikes.
It fell in Azov sea with its crew incl. the Lt Colonel commander (pic).
