@SmilingFarood The system is powered by a 12v battery, the solar powered charges the system which enables it to work, it uses a proximity sensor to sense the presence of an object and it sends signal to the actuator that opens the bin lid and close it , so when the bin is filled an SMS is sent.

@ThakibOmotosho Once the bin is full, the system is programmed to lock automatically, you can’t open it until you input a pin , that is the work of the keypad to enable you input the pin. Thank you, yes no more imposed project but there are others personal projects i’m working on.

2) why is solar involve. To generate power the system uses a 12v battery to power the components that was use in the system, such as microcontroller, IR sensor, actuator, relay , LCD screen ultrasonic sensor, to make this battery always charge and save energy I use a solar panel.

Mine went to borrow 350, 000# for my diploma(JUPEB) course in LASU in 2017, and popsi started soaking garri with my siblings and mom for a whole year. Because the money was deducted from his monthly salary for two years. Forget I no fit repay am finish♥️✌️👑.
