So a woman is allegedly raped by a BJP MLA. Her father is beaten up and dies in custody. A key witness dies mysteriously last year. Now her aunt who was also a witness is killed and her lawyer is critically injured in an accident caused by a truck with blackened number plates.

I visited Pakistan a few times as an independent tourist & did not face this problem for subsequent visits to the US or UK even post 9/11. But, at the Mumbai emigration/immigration counter I was asked about my visits to Pak even when I was travelling or returning from elsewhere.
