Not one single doctor or nurse in that hospital has been infected.

How OFTEN DID we catch the flu (in this case influenza A? Before COVID? Per studies?
Not very often. The majority is 5 or 6 years - or more.
So... ✅
Fun fact: on average, an american usually gets the flu once or twice a decade. It is extremely unusual for an adult to get the flu once a year, or multiple times a year.

Hello,
I have spent the last few years helping people understand how to protect against the airborne nature of SARS-2. The pandemic should and could have ended long ago. (1/)
I categorically reject a "new normal" from Bob who tweets out 25 tweet long threads on his risk assessment on how to dine out to eat.
That is NOT normal.
It is amazing to me that he doesn't recognize the inherent failure of logic in that.

Plot twists in this 🧵.
One of my criticisms of the CDC decision was based on LongCovid.
They said it was "apparently" decreasing.
They lied. And here is further proof besides using their own studies against them.
What everyone forgets is that Covid is novel.
And yet, what we know is truly awe-inspiring in how it negatively affects us down to the mitochondria that powers our cells.
And yet, it is still unknown.
Like EBV. Informally called the EveryBody Virus because like Covid, it has
Revisiting the long-term health effects of Covid vs flu

2. Covid is more multisystemic; flu is more respiratory

Epstein-Barr Virus. Mono. The kissing disease.

The CDC is saying their superspreading event is no big deal because COVID is everywhere.
Yet they also canceled trainings, paid for isolation, staff have access to tests, treatment etc.
COVID may seem like no big deal if you have resources, but this isn’t the case for many.
