@IhabFathiSulima This patient has Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS). It's a defect in the synthesis and processing of collagen. These patients may look younger. The classic presentation of EDS includes hyperextensible skin, joint hypermobility, and a bleeding diathesis.
