13/ It doesn’t matter as much about what type of exercise, just move. I recommend lifting heavy weights but if long form cardio is your thing then do it. Find an exercise routine you enjoy and you’re more likely to stick with it.

Common advice I hear is for young people to just start a company and don’t bother working for anyone else. I disagree. Working for a great company in your early years teaches you what good looks like so when you go out on your own you know the difference.

Despite being in a tech industry, people still send Word/PDF resumes when looking for a job - nothing has materially changed in 25 years since we went electronic. I find typical resumes boring. A 3-5 min video link with a candidate walking thru his/her background is 💯 better.
