On BBC Scotland Humza Yousaf has just said he should have had "prior notice" of the use of RAF jets in Middle East. FM has no responsibility for defence or foreign policy. He gave Scottish Councils no notice for a council tax freeze, a matter that is the councils' responsibility.

@theSNP God, this is cynical. Been in government in Scotland since 2007 with a constantly worsening drugs problem. Now, after 16 years, its all because of Westminster. Perhaps doing what is in you power, like treatment services, may actually have helped.

A lot of talk from SNP about ex-MPs' staff losing jobs. As a long time contractor, you need to be aware of terms of your contract. Don't take the job if you don't like the T&Cs. It does not say much for the MPs, their employers, that this seems to have come as a surprise.
