After 36 hours of excessive nausea/vomiting it's finally under control. CT scan shows a pocket of fluid near the pelvic bone where my surgery was. Because it's so close to the pelvic bone they want to rule out bone infection. Just keep me in your prayers. #ThanksCancer

Well she didn't quite have the full results. The radiologist sent the pictures, not the notes on what they saw lol BUT from what she saw on the images it has not metastasized to my lymph nodes it has not moved to any of the major organs & most importantly it is not in my brain.

1 year ago today I started chemo. What a year it has been! 6 months of chemo, then surgery followed by 2 1/2 months in the hospital. I am thankful to be cancer free but my battle is not over. As a cancer patient our fight is never over. Now it's Scan Anxiety time! #ThanksCancer

Saw the ostomy nurse! We think the leaks are happening because the output is just way too liquidy. Nothing wrong with the adhesives or the pouch. I've done everything right. They gave me something called Hydrofera Blue. It's an antimicrobial to help heal the skin around my stoma.

This was breakfast, lunch and dinner today at the hospital. Hospital food has come a long way. It was all absolutely delicious. The mashed potatoes were real! The eggs for real everything else was real. It makes healing in the hospital a lot better when the food is edible!
