Angus Reid is cementing suspicions that his name is associated with selective facts and torquing the framing of issues. (EVs are working on the Prairies, no one is saying no gas cars in 2035).

So weโ€™re all supposed to be driving EVs in the 2030s? Imagine the performance of an EV in mid winter Winnipeg! And then thereโ€™s immigration - 1 million newcomers in โ€˜23. Was there a debate about this level? What kind of alternate reality exits in Ottawa - govt and opposition?

Itโ€™s maddening to know my daughter went thru school at a time of deep Sask Govt funding cuts. Sask had top math & science scores a decade ago and is now near bottom. Cutbacks made it a poorer experience than previous generations.

@TaraLynnFisher @STFPresident @SaskTeachersFed It is difficult to explain to people because budget cuts permeate everything we do in a day. We make decisions based on an understanding that there is no funding and adapt the best we can.

@evanbrayshow This is incorrect. The issues they want addressed are workplace conditions and those conditions *are* getting worse. Stories from parents at work astound me as childrenโ€™s needs arenโ€™t being met. Our kids reading and math standards are dropping, something to concern us all.

@SLangeneggerCBC Can you ask why he thinks his policy has support of the majority of parents? From their records, how many times has a parent complained re: withheld pronouns? Also when he stated parents have a right to know does he plan to extend this to birth control and abortion for 14+?

Israel is starving children to death. Itโ€™s hard to believe from a country many of us supported but thereโ€™s too many reports from too many good people to deny it. The WHO says they need 500 trucks of supplies per day and are getting 85. Canada needs to stand on the right side.

Children are being forcibly starved and dehydrated in Gaza. They do not have access to nutritious food and clean water. Aid is being withheld to enter. The conditions of unstable shelter, living in tents outside & crowding, have resulted in outbreaks of gastrointestinal disease.

Today they're "absolutely outraged" when he does use measures in an emergency. If Liberals abuse this they'll get voted out. In the meantime, extraordinary times call for etc.

โ€ฆhour supervision. This means that across the province every nurse, doctor, lab tech and food staffer who had school-age children would be simultaneously leaving work for a few hours to take care of kids. I have to think that was the incentive for govt to act.

Stefanie was never argumentative but respectful and firm in ensuring he answered the questions. She's an excellent interviewer.

@steve_boots At the Back to Batoche festival two years ago, Mรฉtis had a lovely event. In a decorated memorial tent, you could write a note for lost ones and put it in a carved wooden box. Then a ceremony was held to bury it at Batoche cemetary. Over 100 names.
