For 2+years due to Long Covid I couldn't even do 1 push up as my core was weak and my back and chest ached. But for the last 2 weeks I've been able to do 25 push ups per set doing 6 sets per work out. For the first in a long time I'm getting back parts of my life. Unnuh big me up

@yooneedmorejodi Technically yes. As I would fight in a war for my family and friends, but not "Jamaica" per se, as I can't reconcile in my mind dying for these politicians and the "systems" of the country.
