Hi guys. I have tested positive for covid 19. I started exhibiting symptoms last week Wednesday and immediately started to isolate at home. I let my news editors know, and did Beyond the Headlines and All Angles from home. I did a PCR test on Friday and got the results today.

Re US media coverage, you always have to remember that American media don't cover track & field. They cover the US. It's hard for real track fans to understand but they only care about the winner if the winner is American. Exhibit A - NBC coverage of Olympics over the years.

Maybe a little bit of empathy for ppl who live on a cash basis? Earn today. Can buy food today. Staying home means no work and no food. It doesn't mean working from home. We can zoom and Google hang out & tap away at laptops with diff family members in different rooms. #Covid19

NEWS: Health Minister Dr. Chris Tufton says there is a likelihood that re-opening of school may be postponed. There are concerns, if the levels continue it could be a challenge. Decision will depend on public health assessment.
