@clhubes The biggest challenge for us was not having any help. We don’t live near any family, but have lots of friends who would have happily helped. We were lucky to have lots of meals dropped off, but no one to hold the babies so we could both sleep.

@realgirl_fieri How little time you spend actually sitting. There are constant requests for snacks and help finding lost toys, drawing something specific or reading a book. If you have multiple kids, you spend a lot of time on your feet breaking up fights. And, when you do sit, it's never alone

My husband and I finished our quarantine project today. Aubrey Parker weighs 5 pounds and 15 ounces. Oliver William weighs 7 pounds. They were born three minutes apart after a 52-hour induction. We are so thankful, exhausted and in love.

@clhubes My pug is so weird that I only want to add to the weirdness in our house. But, also, I have two matching cats (litter mates) and human twins. I have no bandwidth to keep anything else alive. That said, if I was up for another dog, I'd want another weird burrito-shaped creature.

@Rachellynn922 Meal prep. I froze crockpot meals before my babies were born. We had a dozen gallon-sized bags in our freezer. Each one made enough for two adults to have two to three meals. That, alongside a meal train, meant we didn't have to prepare anything from scratch for three months.
