It may be hard to believe but we still get asked quite often, "What IS a Texas Twinkie?" So here's the gist - We take a large jalapeño and stuff it with brisket and cream cheese, then wrap it in premium, THICK CUT bacon and smoke it. It's Texas in a bite! 😋
