Most people think that Long Covid is a lingering cough & bit of fatigue. I’ve felt flu-like & concussed every time I train for the last 3 years. For context, I’m a former GB athlete, who trained 3 times a day. And I’m a mild case...

Is Long Covid really that prevalent, or are we misdiagnosing everyone w/ fatigue, depression etc? Valid concern, but I would point out.. In a study of 80 participants w/ diagnosed LC: All 80 showed microclots & platelet pathologies Not sure you can exaggerate clotting..

If theres one thing that having Long Covid has taught me: Health really is the only thing that matters. I've spent hours fantasizing over how I'd give all I own - my work, my money, my age in a heartbeat just to be 100% healthy. All the other stuff seems so unimportant

How can you explain post-exertional malaise to someone who doesn't have #LongCovid ? It is truly bizarre, and such a debilitating symptom. Exercise no longer makes you feel good, but leaves you feeling flu-like and concussed instead.

Post Exertional Malaise is simply bizarre. It's real crazy going from: 'I better train today else I'll feel sluggish' to 'I'm dying to train, but if I do - I'll feel like I have the flu + concussion' One of the worst & most frustrating symptoms.

Long Covid is rarely apparent to non-sufferers. A broken leg or tumour are visible, chronic illnesses are not. This leads to the belief that Long Covid sufferers pretend to be sick. When in fact. We more often pretend to be healthy.
