what things have you done that had the most positive impact on the anxiety that comes with this ? Some days it’s really scary for me (like today) and super dark . Would be great to hear your thoughts or maybe you could point me to posts you’ve made or videos on this

I wrote this ages ago and had some setbacks since then, but generally the same stuff has been helpful to me.
Brain training, mindfulness, cold therapy, yoga, Vitamin B1, breathwork, nurosym all were great for my anxiety. Wishing you all the best, hang on in there, things…
