Long Covid peeps need to get on the carnivore diet. It has given me my life back. It’s an easy fix. According to one of the guys in the Cath Lab, when I had my heart attack, from a blood clot, it was the lack of inflammation in my body that saved my life. It heals your body!

I think viral persistence should be up there. Following guidance, I tested my faeces and it was positive for spike protein shedding. 2yrs long covid. 2yrs post known infection.

Sadly, it’s very difficult. Researchers can only access research money if BigPharma can see a magic pill at the end of it. Given the multifactorial nature of

, it needs holistic treatment. Conventional medicine doesn’t do holistic treatments.

The problem is sufferers having these test get back a normal report what we need most here in the UK are the facilities to do deeper investigations. Aboard there are blood tests to show if there are any Micro Clots in the patients blood, ordinary b/tests do not show this!
