@smtafuri Urology as a specialty is up to about 25-30% of resident applicants female, and there is a higher % of females who match compared to males, 85% vs 70% in most recent match. @MayoUrology now about 50% male/female and we are fully supportive of a diverse working environment

Father’s Day gift from 11yo was she would learn to mow grass. After two teaching sessions, she is ready for independence with direct supervision. No promise on how often this will occur, but I am sure it will involve $ and she is a darn good negotiator @CaThompsonMD
