I quit my job. I'd call it honorable discharge but I discharged myself and honour had nothing to do with it. Mental health had everything to do with it. I've struggled with mental health for years...I've managed it and forged a career despite that. But I was falling.

On today's "I work as a wildlife researcher so I know cool animal facts" list: Mountain Hares change colour because they can SENSE the LIGHT CHANGE - as days get shorter in winter, a light sensitive protein in the Hares eyes, known as melanopsin, slows the melanin production
