My wife gave birth to our beautiful baby boy stanley jack Thomas on Sat morning, since Monday he's been in Birmingham children hospital in intensive care with heart problems we could do with some positivity at this time, looking for anything that could help us #prayforstanley

Worst day of our lives today, this morning stanley had a life saving op which he thankfully come through. This hasn't fixed the problem but has given the team here more time to work out a strategy At the moment he is comfortable Thanks for all the lovely support #prayforstanley

A few days ago what I'm about to say seemed light years away but, an hour ago Stanley was taken off intensive care and moved to a high dependency unit, one step closer to home. Thanks once again to everybody for your support #prayforstanley

Unfortunately stanley is still in Telford hospital but the good news is that he has just been moved to a non respiratory ward as they have removed the oxygen supply to him which is a good sign. Thx as always for your support.

Malta winning 2-0 at half time in Slovakia - this could be a fantastic victory. If @GaryLineker had his way though teams such as Malta wouldn't be on the same field as the 34th ranked team in the world. Good job he doesn't make the decisions then isn't it.

I've only just realised that it's the FA Cup Final tomorrow. As a kid from up to around my mid 30's I'd neveriss watching a final but now my interest in the famous competition focuses on the qualifying rounds and from rounds 1 to the quarter finals. I've just got no interest

Yesterday was a horrible day as we spent nearly 12 hours at the hospital with our little Stanley due to him having a febrile seizure in the morning. An absolutely terrifying experience! Glad to say he is back at home with us now though.

This monday Marks 2 years since I suffered a massive panic attack due to #anxiety whilst driving to work, this was a very tough time in my life but I can honestly say that I now feel the best I have done for years. To people suffering there is a light at the end of the tunnel
