Military veteran David Mottershead CLEARED of Proudman harassment allegation
'The judge said the defendant and Dr Proudman held very different views in relation to gender equality and violence between the sexes'

Eleanor Williams, of Teasdale Road, Barrow, is expected to be sentenced on Tuesday 14 March for nine offences of doing acts tending and intended to pervert the course of justice
'It is only fact which makes somebody guilty, and yet there is a huge imbalance in this country which is driven by the need to change the statistics'
Rt. Hon. Ann Widdecombe - at Falsely Accused Day 2023
Happy Christmas from all at FASO!
If you ever feel like nothing is changing, remember Saifullah Khan - who sued Yale University over a false allegation and won. And Andy Malkinson, Brian Buckle...let's see what wrongs 2024 will right
'Jurors then have it in their minds that it is not unknown for people to make false allegations of rape, and that is highly undesirable'
Sheriff Graham Buchanan, understating the problem somewhat
Eleanor Williams was (and presumably still is) a very damaged young woman
That does not negate the fact that Police enabled her actions to destroy the lives of numerous men - due to the

Feminist groups have published a letter in support of Amber Heard, who was found by a US jury to have been the abuser in her case against Johnny Depp. This group supports those who claim they were falsely accused - which is what this letter claims of Heard. Thoughts?
'Upon further enquiries, we were able to prove that James had in fact fabricated the report entirely and that the “suspect” was in fact in Bristol at the time she reported to have been raped by him'
Wonderful to listen to false allegations lodestar Andy Malkinson on Radio 4 today
Public needs to know that Malkinson is NOT a unique case, but the tip of an iceberg of justice system corruption
@BBCr4today
Wonder how many wrongful convictions Nikki Holland oversaw? It takes A LOT for someone to be struck off for gross misconduct. But as most FASO followers know, she's just the tip of the iceberg. Ruthlessly entitled police is a scandal brewing for 2024

Police officers are increasingly just as likely to be falsely accused as civilians
What does founder
@erin_pizzey
this about this petition?
@RefugeCharity
Anyone who knows me, knows I'm no fan of the police, but this is what we are up against. One person makes an accusation = mandatory suspension = named and shamed = loss of friends/family= loss of home= life destroyed. This petition has 47,000 signatures.
It only takes one lie!
A good day for the False Allegations Movement today, with great media coverage for Brian Buckle and Rebecca Whitehurst
Earlier in the year it was the same day for Andy Malkinson and Kevin Spacey
Is there a pattern here we should be noticing?
@EmpowerInnocent
In a recent ruling: 'I put to Dr Proudman that a court cannot be expected to make findings on every allegation of domestic abuse in all cases. She did not accept that. The court cannot let a hearing develop into a rummage through every aspect of the parties’ lives together'
People convicted of domestic abuse are reportedly to be added to the sex offenders register in the UK
There are already 60,000+ on the register (and a million in the US). The net of the marginalised widens yet again

Prince Andrew is innocent until proven guilty as is anyone else in the UK. And judging by his accuser's form - and as any FASO follower will tell you - probably even after that
Andy Malkinson was convicted and spent almost 20 years in prison based on faulty eyewitness evidence. But look at this case from the US - how long does it take the appeal court to realise an eyewitness is blind?
'Time to rethink the

FASO Chair

There is no 'victim' until verdict is called. The actual victim may be the accused, as in the case of Andy Malkinson.

Far from being 'decriminalised' - a term Proudman stole from Vera Baird - the allegation of rape/sexual assault has been 'normalised' by the younger generation. Reports of 10 million Americans having been variously falsely accused might have something to do with this
Rape in criminal courts has a conviction rate of 75%. It is prosecuted by specialist Rasso counsel and defended by highly trained barristers. There are issues of course, but to suggest it is being decriminalised is an insult to those of us who conduct the cases.

There are only a handful of criminologists prepared to go out on a limb for people claiming to be falsely accused or convicted of sex offences, and Dr Michael Naughton - probably the UK's most cited - is one of the best. (Do add others in comments)

The
