As a data analyst, it doesn’t work this way. LP+ADC might have agents in the same PU which cancels out the advantage . The LP team needs to confirm that the missing 40k PU is covered by ADC and there are no duplicate agents from both parties.

PDP has 176,588 polling unit agents. APC has 176,222 polling units agent. LP has 134,874 polling unit agents. ADC has 96,040 PUA. ADC + LP = 230,914 PUA. 230,914 agents will be working for LP on 25th of February. This is more than enough to cover the 176,846 polling units.
