@blurayangel
The most James Gunn thing ever.
It is actually what puts me off the most about his work. The underlying need to destroy all narratives and try to make trick people and then make them feel cheated and as depressed as he himself.
It is the red line through all of his work
@adam_piron
Serge Gainsbourg on TV towards the end of his life he was surprised by a choir of children in full Gainsbourg regalia. They’re singing his “J’e suis venu te dire que je m’en vais” ("I came to tell you that I’m leaving”) but changed it to “We came to tell you that we like you".
I see Burn Notice is trending once again.
There is actually a 2011 movie that spun off from it starring the likes of Bruce Campbell an Pedro Pascal as Comandante Veracruz. Directed by the lead from the TV series himself the incomparable Jeffrey Donovan
@Nani____4
"I strongly believe it looks like an alien"
People say these words and don't realize how stupid it makes them sound. The epitome of a non sensical declaration.
@bkfootlettuce15
@CultureCrave
I contest that notion. 90% of his scenes are literally setups for jokes and gags come on now.
Funny sure. But the character thing is a bit over exaggerated to say the least. He is comic relieve first and foremost as is Groot, Mantis.. Adam etc
@Keepbraggincom
@hi_sierras
@anothercohen
People miss the narcissism at the root of posting your crocodile tears.. how many tears did he shed while he censored, banned and banished other human beings from the comfort of his office chair.
Repulsive
@UAPJames
After watching it live I have to say that there is very little extra information in the full interview sadly. What shocked me was the sickening amount of commercials for all kinds of nasty and weird drugs and pills and shady financial services on the channel. My god.
@RichardDawkins
Comprehension' is really just naming things. Even if you explain all the (so-called) Laws Of Nature it leaves their existence unexplained.
As Feynman used to say: "There is a real difference between knowing the name of something and knowing something."
@SnyderQueen_
Cavill walking away from Witcher probably made him a liability in Gunn's eyes. Then there is the Snyder bagage that you just cannot shake. He had to get and then pay for Amy Adams AND Clark's mom as well + you have the whole 'established character' plaguing you writing a new SM
@SithBase
@Tony_Omega
There was a lot more going on in that scene with Yoda then the bridge scene.. to compare the two just shows how weak your desperate shill power really are.
@Olexio1
Yeah I saw that. like Gunn's work generally.. But this latest one is a real chore to sit through after the 60 minute mark. You could feel the movie-making-by-commission/template-like tinkering throughout every predictable scene. it is at least one hour too long. Bored actors too.
@queenrubyk
@eade_bengard
There is 0 need for an agent if you have half a brain.
You can take that whatever way you like. the entire ‘middle-man’ culture is a parasitic endeavor- especially anno 2022. You can’t do it yourself because vultures won’t allow it even though it’s technically 100% feasible
@ShinGoji123
@blurayangel
Come on ... the bad guy in GOTG3 was really just a sad individual. An excuse to impart some torture narrative. It is basiscally the same suicide squad movie he keeps making with different character. I liked the first one - as does everybody - because it had 70% Gunn to it not 100
@snyder_all
I think the praise is overrated. MOS was a decent movie. But let's be honest: the only good thing about Snyder's work was casting Cavill. He knocked his role out of the park DESPITE the iffy plot/writing and overbearing CGI mayhem.. come on now.
@y2kbrae
@blurayangel
They couldn't go there AND sell the movie to China They did Boyega dirty in so many ways he's still pissed about it to this day.
Let's not pretend any of these movies were anything more than hideous, HIDEOUS Disneyfications of what was once a great story/universe
@eye_the45399
@GoofyVids
The average original Roman was 'white' (but not pale-skinned), brown-eyed and brown-haired. Evidence is literally provided by the extraction and analysis of ancient DNA. They were closest to modern Southern Italians. Many 'men' would die their hair red or blonde though..
@nonmayorpete
The AI content itself is already 'stolen' by the creators of the training models. The crocodile tears on these and faux outrage among these 'prompt artists' is amazing
@ZubyMusic
What you call 'worse healthcare' is ignorance born from growing up inside some ubiquitous healthcare system from birth.
There is plenty of room for the argument that people from Africa (or India for instance) are in fact more resilient and therefore statistically 'healthier'
@Occultjourneys
Pretty crappy 'enhancements' the creature is not standing only a head pops up. Iys Extremely hard to see in the video but here's a very clear outline someone drew over the video
@Aabysin
@AviSchiffmann
unfortunately not.
Read the clowns in the comment (incidentally all part of the crew that shot it - what a surprise) patting themselves on the back for literally being dead inside.
@_RGTV_
@dom_lucre
It’s just a tax break and they are trying to cash in on the misfortune of other people AGAIN.
You cannot change what you are no matter how much you have you will always want more. more bs and more ego stroking and self aggrandizement for everything you do. That’s Oprah for ya
@jamescfox
James: Here's an enhancement and outline of the alleged Vegas alien.
Look at the clip too. it is footage I have not seen debunked yet from the 1997 doc, 'Alien Interview'. Note the striking similarities.
Full clip on YT here (@ the 31 minute mark)

@blurayangel
I understand he had to deal with the stupid Thanos thing. Also he HAD to bring back Gomorra ..she signed up for three films.
There was no need for them to not fall in love again just because he wanted to make the point that everything is serendipitous.. even love. It is not.
@isadorenoir
@vocalcry
no it is called 'needling'.
You 'damage' the epidermis constantly and as it 'heals' that skin get's increasingly thicker removing wrinkles. It takes a couple of months and you will look like a lobster a few days a week though.
@kingbchalla
A masterclass in over-acting.
At no point did he feel dagngerous or threatening at all. There was simply no balance or any kind of dimension to his character either. "Something something my father...". I actually believe Ben Affleck would have made a better Lex Luther.
@SamJuneau
@__TEAM_USA
Always walking into the lions den with his orange head held high and his three strands of silky smooth genuine camel scrotum hair blowing softly in the wind

All the bad things a man can turn into seemed to have accumulated in that man. One will pop up in his place but I for one am glad he stopped talking.

You keep looking away from what is staring you in the god damn face. It's a neurosis. A convenient framework for someone in denial of truth, fact and the fumbling of a clear cut fraud
How come you ALWAYS look away when his cons are discussed? That is the really interesting part.
