@LocalRachel I’m an eastern practitioner and this is correct — exercise stresses. We need to mimic the movements made in nature which is continued movement and especially flexibility, over time, over stressful exercise.

Wholly agree with this. If you are wanting to stay young and healthy, movement (and especially of the central channel of the body) is key. Crown to root, roll it, circle it, lay on it, top to bottom, bottom to top, keep it flexible. 🌷
