Welcome to my new followers My story thread I looked into covid health solutions earlier this year by mapping symptoms to functions in the body. Excess intracellular calcium was a common aspect. I wondered how to fix this. Antagonist & balancer to calcium is: magnesium (Mg).

x Magnesium girl.... which magnesium, which brand & how much? The🧵to which I will refer anyone who asks these questions! Unlike most supplements magnesium is unstable by itself so always 'hangs out with a mate' - hehe. This mate is called a chelate (pronounced: key-layt).

@maggyvaneijk This is a society issue. Because we are now overly child centric (due to safeguarding & expectations) children now come before parents in the hierarchy. This is a lose/lose. When parents are given proper respect & support everyone benefits. A child feels safer knowing their role.

If you are seriously trying to increase your magnesium levels supplementing boron alongside helps with this. 6mg a day of boron is a great place to start. Or daily prunes or prune juice is a nice hit of boron if that's your thing.

You cannot die from a virus. You can, however, die from an inability to rebalance after an immune response. In covid19 people are dying from lack of available nutrition so their body is unable to work towards homeostasis. Bodies do not 'go wrong' but they can lack resource.

Switching out nightshades (potatoes*, tomatoes, eggplant, & all types of peppers inc curry powders) can be super useful if you have skin issues or 'leaky gut' - gut permeability issues. (*not sweet pots)

Healing collagen is a little fickle unfortunately. You need to ensure you have plenty of these available: Amino acids: glycine, proline, lysine Minerals: magnesium, zinc, sulfur, silicon & other trace minerals (copper, manganese etc) Others: Vitamin C, hyaluronic acid

Super quick plan for improving your health: 1. stop consuming seed oils; supplement magnesium & boron 2. get daily sunlight on skin & eyes; stop using overhead electric light; embrace post sun darkness 3. eat more fatty meat; increase sea salt intake 4. protect your sleep time

The most significant aspect in covid outcomes is: light exposure. Nutritional status which contributes towards imbalance aka disease also has an effect but this does not define outcomes clearly. Light regulates so much in the body. I wish hospitals operated with this in mind.

For those of you that perhaps are not aware magnesium is a element usually found naturally with other substances. Mg is available as an over-the-counter health supplement in many countries without the need for prescription. It is regarded as very safe. Epsom bath salts are Mg!

Three things most people need more of in 2022: 😍Magnesium 😍Sea salt 😍Peace Lack of magnesium in our food/water means we struggle with the sodium in sea salt. Yet salts are essential for our health and nervous system function!

I know many folks have started taking vitamin D supplements for the first time linked to media coverage of this 'safe' substance. Note: you need magnesium & K2 cofactors or you increase calcium deposits in your blood vessels etc. I supplement natto & Mg

Magnesium is the answer to covid but it has been missed due to blood test culture (your blood level does not indicate your body magnesium level) But magnesium literally stops cytokine storms, underpins vitamin D abilities and provides the cells with energy & immunity!! Tragic

I want the world to know I did the work I could do yet the systems failed us all. There is a story to be told here. And it should be told. I mapped all the covid symptoms out of curiosity because, a year into the pandemic, the medical profession had few answers.

Not something many folk know: Insulin resistance (which leads to diabetes) is the body's response to too much iron. Too much iron largely happens due to gut dysbiosis (aka 'leaky gut') which stems from magnesium deficiency.

I strongly recommend you look into reasons why I swapped out vegetable seed oils for animal fats. Your health & longevity depends on this knowledge. 30 mins documentary here great place to start:

@Parsifaler @aimeefoster No it is not. The lack of glutathione due to increased demand is the reason for slow DNA repair.

The microbiome: beginners🧵 The next period in health will orientate around the microbiome. This is actually health knowledge focus forgotten due to blood test culture & reductionist ways. Hippocrates, the father of medicine, concluded this towards the end of his life:

Seems crazy that the medical world talk about how the elderly & vulnerable have low vitamin D levels... ... yet like to put people on statins to lower their cholesterol levels - an essential substance needed to make more vitamin D naturally! #what #how #why #health #statins
