Hamilton (8-2) defeated Chandler to close the regular season. The Huskies have a pair of senior receivers in Jaxon Haynes and Tre Spivey, that have combined for 68 catches, 935 yards, and 13 TDs.

Hamilton senior kicker Matthew Krneta was the state's best kicker but hasn't gotten college offers. His 18 field goals were one off the big-schools, single-season state record of 19, tied by Mike Cortright at St. Mary's in 1985 and Bubba Bradley of Cactus in 2003
