I would say @Tesla customer support is terrible; but, it’s actually non existent. I am locked out of my account and the website says to contact them; but, it’s impossible to contact them. They don’t let you. I can’t add a credit card to my account and thus can’t charge @elonmusk

@chrisFnicholson In New Jersey, they call it Newark not EWR. In Houston, they call them Bush and Hobby, not IAH and HOU. In Chicago, they call them Midway and O’Hare, not MDW and ORD. In Boston, they call it Logan, not BOS. Sometimes an airport’s name doesn’t match it’s sign and that OK.

@katekiewel 100%. For basically all of our non-externally-facing folks, their email volume went to nearly 0. An exiting employee once told me that in her two years with the company, she’d received 40 emails (in addition to the weekly all-company update). I was very jealous.

@jjacobs22 Induction stovetop > gas stovetop. Faster and more even heat. Cleaner in home air. Cleaner pots and pans. Only heats inside the pot (not surrounding air/room). Much better control. Much safer. And, can be powered by the sun instead of dead dinosaurs.

I know it’s not popular among my friends on here, but, levying a capital gains tax on the appreciated assets of the ultra wealthy is a great idea. It won’t hurt you and it certainly won’t hurt them, either. It only applies to those w/ assets >$1bn or making $100m/yr for 3 yrs.

Boulder friends: My family and I flew to LA on @AveloAir this past week. We saved $2,500 and avoided both DIA and LAX by flying from Loveland to Burbank. Same distance from Boulder, but, the easiest tiny airport experience ever. They fly FNL to BUR and Vegas, hopefully more soon!

We enrolled our kids into New Zealand school last week. After six days of “kindy,” my four year old son is routinely slipping Maori words into conversation and is surprised that I don’t understand. I haven’t been this amazed and thrilled in a quite a long time.

I think the only way we stop McConnell from doing what we all know he’s about to do, if for Biden to forcefully declare that if he does and then Biden wins and we take back the Senate, that he’ll scrap the filibuster and pack the court. Needs to be something to dissuade them.

Last night, my eight year old found The NY Times wedding story about me and my wife. She was shocked. I told her that we were important people. This was even more shocking and she began to argue the point. How did your kids humble you today?

I saw an ex-Tesla employee today; when I told them that we are going to sell our Y, they said they were selling their X. The negative impact Elon’s behavior is having on the Tesla brand is very under appreciated.

This is amazing and highly relevant research. My dad died of MS when I was 7; my mom confirms he previously had Epstein Barr. My whole like, doctors have told me it’s not hereditary; but, they didn’t have any indication where it Waas from. I’ll sleep a little easier tonight.
