I’m working on my 12th business. I failed 10. I sold 1. On the 12th try, I decided to play to my strengths. No more SaaS. I started a productized service instead. I stopped spending time coding, because my new business didn’t need much code. I’ve done $9k revenue in 4 weeks.

The SWR hooks package by @vercel is amazing. Way more intuitive than Redux, and I highly recommend it if a smart cache invalidation system fits your use case over a full state management. Especially if you're already using NextJS.

How to find customers - 1-10: Focus on cold emailing ideal customers. It's a numbers game. Don't worry about scalability yet. 11-100: Split your time between content marketing (SEO) and one-off attempts at hitting traffic spikes (Product Hunt, Hacker News, etc.)

Don’t waste time on things that don’t matter to anyone but you! This includes: - Code cleanliness - Design systems - Creating a blog from scratch - Features your customers don’t care about - Easter eggs - Custom fonts - So much more!! You don’t have much time. Spend it wisely.

@copy_ai 1️⃣ SCOPE DOWN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE We expected the rebuild to take 2 months. It took 6 months to launch. Why? 1. It always takes longer than you think. 2. We should have focused on a rebuild without spending so much time on new designs, new features, UX improvements, etc.
