Never been happier to receive an email - "Grant Payment Confirmation". The next few months are going to be bloody tough for the business whatever happens but this is a huge relief (we have some complexities around our rates, so wasn't a given).

Just had a fun idea. On Saturday 20/6/20 we'll set a world record for the most breweries ever (physically) involved in a collaboration brew. Take advantage of the long day and run 3 mashes into a single boil. Release near Xmas and donate profits to charity. Anyone fancy it?

Perhaps my finest hour as a brewer. We brewed The Wasteland Imperial Stout back in 2019 and racked a cask for Reading Beer Festival in 2020 (cancelled along with 2021's). Here it is almost 18 months later. Almost a sherry vibe to it. I'm genuinely speechless. I MADE THIS!

We got a new little kitty yesterday. We've not seen much of her yet as she's very shy and has been hiding from us. She's a rescued stray (approx 2 y.o.) and very small and cute. The RSPCA named her Pinky but I think we're settling on Binky. 😻
