@dig_deeper1 Ironically, first property I was thrown into, just had to have, ... needed to borrow $12,000.00 cash from a friend for a downpayment. After that, residential real estate blossomed acquiring 10 properties, e.g., 8 houses, 1 townhouse, 1 mobile home. It is an intuitive business.

@mtracey This is unprecedented; House removed a Speaker for the first time in U.S. history. By rule, House must then elect a Speaker. House can do nothing else on the floor without a Speaker. No bills. No nothing. The body is paralyzed on the floor until it elects a Speaker.
