I'll just make two points: 1) WCC has a AA+ credit rating, Venezuela has a C. I know which one of those I would classify as a crisis. 2) The LTP budget isn't adopted until June 2024 so I really struggle with how we're "too late". These pieces are bordering on hysteria.

Have double checked with our staff what this means for cycle/pedestrian and bus upgrade projects already approved. They should all fall into the contractually obligated bucket. It will however impact our long-term plan with projects still to be approved.
