Just one other observation from today - if Justin Tipuric’s 1st try has been scored by Wales in the 70’s it would have entered into Welsh Rugby folklore. We should enjoy and admire Tips while we can because I don’t think we’ll see his like again for a very long time.

Ray Gravell - player, broadcaster, actor, patriot and family man left us 15 years ago today. Always greeted me with, “Phil Steele - not a bad full back, not a f*****g good one” and made it feel like a term of endearment. Thoughts with Mari, Gwenan and Manon. #RIPGrav 🙏

Fabulous game - the best of the RWC so far. 👍 Fiji were brilliant, but I’d have settled for a ‘Wales by 6 bonus point win’ beforehand, and I’ll settle for it now. 👍🏉🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 I can also announce that Pinot Noir is an ideal wine to go with fingernails! 🍷

I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say that today is the most important day in the history of Welsh rugby. I hope The WRU does the right thing and acts in the best interests of its most vital asset - the players. 🏉

Just been talking to a guy from Devon and asked him if he’s looking forward to the game. “Not really I can’t believe Eddie J has only picked one player from Exeter Chiefs!” I said “I know how you feel Butt, I can’t believe Gatland has only picked 2 players from Bancyfelin!” 😉

Come on Unions - do what is right to aid one of your own. Even 10% of gate receipts would be a substantial amount for this great warrior's fine cause.

Thoughts with Tom. I can empathise with the trepidation the dark winter nights bring from when I became a widower at 14 yrs ago. The friendship and the trips I enjoyed with the @BBCScrumV team were such a help in getting me through. I’ll always be grateful to them. 🙏

Just when I was fretting that it’s been a full 48 hrs since a former pupil of Whitchurch HS achieved something noteworthy in top class sport, up steps old boy Kieran Carlson to score a brilliant half century in a great T20 win for @GlamCricket #ConveyorBelt #OhGlammyGlammy

I thought on balance England deserved their win. But I still find it hard to swallow that Wales scored 3 tries to 1 against England at Twickenham and still lost, 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏉🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
