I was lucky enough to spend the day in camp with Wales as they marked 50 days since their professional (and semi-pro) chapter began. Players, coaches, medical and backroom staff tell us what's changed. A LOT. Full story & brill pics from @c_fairweather

I didn't mean to make @ffionalicelewis cry again, I promise! 🙈 What an inspiring story Wales scrum-half Ffion Lewis almost walked away from rugby 12 months ago after a tough time Now she's one of Wales' 12 full-time pros, is a major performer in the squad and starts v England

Ffion Lewis almost walked away from rugby 12 months ago. Now, she gets to call herself a full-time professional Wales rugby player and she starts against England in the Six Nations. What an inspiring turnaround 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿👏😭

Really nice touch from Aaron Ramsey when asked about the differences in Wales from 10 years ago to now. Makes sure to pay tribute to Gary Speed. #EURO2020

Had a chat with Man Utd Women boss Casey Stoney this afternoon for a story set to be published this weekend. She had this to say about the subject of said story: "If she was any more laid-back she'd be horizontal." Any ideas?

1. Good news does 'sell' - people like reading it 2. We can't ignore the fact lots of negative things are happening. Good news still there 3. Journos = pretty varied bunch 4. Biased last point from me: fellow journos are some of kindest and most compassionate people I've ever met

@Kalllum @KESands @WalesOnline @TheSun Shit and lazy reporting! Walesonline and other media outlets are the reason why mental health in this country will be through the roof. Good news doesnt sell thats why everything they report is negative. Journalists are up there with the worst kind of people
