Crying: I just learned that I've lost the first of my friends and relations to Covid. I lived in the spare room in her flat when I was a baby writer. She was the sweetest soul alive, always encouraging and kind. She deserved a better death, with family around her, and goodbyes.

@hellertrash My question is: season 2 was based on the unpublished sequel by @neilhimself and Sir Terry Pratchett; so was the season 2 ending where the second book was supposed to end? Was there more? If it had been published would we have been in agony like this for 30 years?

I just learned that Good Omens is on the @nytbestsellers_ paperback list. I wish Terry was still here. Good Omens had never made it onto the NYT list in 30 years, and he would have been happy and, I think, satisfied.

The first country in the world to discover Sandman was Brazil. The comics were published there in translation in (honesty compels me to admit it) rather nicer editions than the American comics. 1/3

So there's me wearing 2 woolly hats, a scarf, a blanket, and a coat, crunching through the frost in the dark, exulting in the stars on this clear cold night. Every Pixel 5 astrophotography photo takes 4 minutes to shoot, and I was out there for 90 minutes, and it was glorious.
