1. I am where my feet are.
If you have one foot in the future and one foot in the past, all you can do is shit on the present.
Presence is powerful. Focus on living in each moment.
When you live in the moment that is happening there is no time for worry.
Be present.
Don't worry about chasing pussy.
Start focusing on building yourself.
Build something meaningful and eventually the right woman will come.
Don't make women your focus, make them a byproduct of your work.
Don't rely on your college education to carry you through life.
It wont.
I have been out of school and got into sales.
Heres what i have learned:
College and their degrees have ZERO real-world relevance.
Start listening to podcasts and start reading.
Develop yourself.
You think you have time.
Truth is, you don't.
Life for men ends between 70-80 typically.
So when you are 35-40, you are half way through life.
So get moving.
Life is about moments

life is full of them, they occur at every second
make sure to use them to your advantage, not waste them thinking about something that isn't here or has passed
Live IN each moment.

How to change your mindset?
Change what you eat, listen to, say, think, do, and who you hang around
Align with who you WANT to be, not who you are
Want a better and more fulfilling life?
-Wake up earlier
-Drink some coffee
-Get some sun

-Sleep good
-Be selfish for yourself and family
-Have a small and inspiring circle
Drinking, drugs, and sex aren't going to fulfill you.
The only way to get what you want is:
1. Hard work (giving it 110%)
2. Consistency (doing it everyday)
3. Persistence (doing it when you don't want to)
4. Patience (doing it for a long time)
And there is no way around it.
Don't be lazy.
No reason for you to be fat, lazy, and depressed.
Get up, move around and do something meaningful.
I would know, I was clinically depressed for 5 years.
I know how to change from it. I got over it without medication.
Life IS the journey
This is a big one
Life isnt the destination, the vacation, the end goal
Life IS what you do everyday.
Life is where you work
Life is who you work with
Life is what you do in your spare time
Its not the vaca, so make sure IT ALL is enjoyable to you
2. I workout everyday.
Exercise, in many forms, has been the activity that keeps me going. Regular exercise makes you feel good, look good, and have more energy.
I have got bored and switched my workouts. I want to push my mind and body, so I am now training for an Ironman.
Habits run your life
Our bodies have a built in autopilot
the subconscious
it runs our day to day lives
develop good habits to help it run better
when it runs more efficiently it's easier to get to big goals because you are doing it on auto
Your comfort zone is awful
You need to do new things.
How will you know what you like if you don't try things
You won't
Try things you never thought about trying
Do weird things
And if nobody will join you, do it alone.
Life rocks when you hang with yourself more
Find your purpose, your ikigai.
Find what gives you meaning, something bigger than yourself.
Touch lives, build an empire, just find out what it is for you.
When you are young you can experiment more.
Try things, find out what you really enjoy doing.
There is no reason to work a job you hate for the rest of your life.
Don't follow the path society has tried to lay out for you.
Stop partying.
There is way more fulfilling things to do on the weekends then to drink your life away.
Nobody should be getting blackout drunk 3 days a week.
Its illogical.
Alcohol is terrible for your body.
Don't trust your government.
Don't trust the news.
Don't trust your formal education.
Don't trust your programming.
Reprogram your mind with books, podcasts, psychology, sociology, and philosophy.
When you get older, stay curious
Kids are awesome because they are curious as ever
Adults kill their curiosity
Don't let this happen to you, stay curious
Don't let society drag you down and make you not question things
Its needed
Curiosity and imagination are what move us
Kindness is necessary
You have had your life
8 billion people have had their lives
8 billion perspectives, opinions, and different lives
Be kind because with all those lives, you have no clue what they have been through or what they think.
Be nice and move on from opposite
Everyday will not be rainbows

3. I get sun on my skin DAILY.
Sunlight gives you life. Literally. Sunlight makes your body release serotonin, which helps regulate sleep, appetite, mood, and pain.
Imagine not getting in the sun and NOT getting these benefits from it. Take your shirt off and get outside.
You get to decide what you want from your life.
Average or extraordinary?
It's your choice, and it's determined by what you do daily.
Whatever path you take though, remember:
Your son, his son, and even HIS sons life all depend on the decision you make.
Find a hobby
Life is more enjoyable when you are doing things you enjoy
So find something to do in your spare time that makes you happy, makes you smile, and makes you laugh.
Mixing this with your job is an incredible way to wake up with your soul on fire
Do more of it
6. I sit in silence.
Sit down in silence everyday. (waking up earlier can help)
Have conversations with yourself in your head.
Have conversations with the universe.
Just give your mind and body time to not do anything besides have a chat with themselves.
Ignore the societal norms. You don't:
-Need to marry and have kids by 30
-Go to college
-Have the newest car
-Have a huge house
-Work a 40 hour a week job
Find what makes you happy, and do more of it.
You WILL fuck up.
And that's okay. Just learn from it.
Don't make the same mistake twice.
The more you fuck up, the more you learn.
The quicker you fuck up, the quicker you learn.

10. I became stoic.

And it worked. I am far superior to the old me.

4. I get 8 hours of sleep A NIGHT.
Sleep is where your body recovers. Worked out hard? Ate a lot? Long day?
This is where your body and mind decompress and repair themselves. Don’t sleep, and you don’t get to recover.
Sleep is VITAL to me now. Where it never used to be.
5. I now create, I don't just consume.
I stopped being a consumer.
Well, not 100%, because consuming allows me to learn from people above me.
But I changed from being a consumer of content only to making my own and trying to help people around me improve their lives.
