We're sorry for this evening's delays on A & E Lines. A person held doors open on a train for 15 minutes at Pico Station and we couldn't get trains around due to ongoing repair work.
The issue has been resolved and trains are resuming every 20 minute service on both lines.
A/E LINE UPDATE: Emergency repairs are complete, trains resume normal service. Thank you for your patience, and sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused!

We had a brief power outage at 7th/Metro earlier this hour and had to turn two E Line trains back to Atlantic, one E Line train back to Santa Monica and one A Line train back to Long Beach. Power was restored and normal service has resumed. Thanks for your patience.

B Line is running every 20 mins btwn Union Station and North Hollywood.
D Line train shuttle runs every 20 mins btwn Wilshire/Vermont and Wilshire/Western.

MAJOR DELAYS ON B LINE due to power issue. Supplementary bus shuttles running btwn Union Station and North Hollywood stopping outside stations. No D LINE service--use Bus Lines 20 or 720 on Wilshire.
L LINE (GOLD): Buses will continue to replace train service today and into Thursday between Southwest Museum, Highland Park and South Pasadena as we make repairs due to storm damage from fallen tree and mudslide. (more)
C Line: Avalon Station will be closed after sunset Sunday due to lack of lights because of stolen wire.
The station will close about 4:40pm today and open at sunrise at about 6:45am Monday.

UPDATE: due to extension of curfew, all Metro Bus and Rail will be ending service at this time. There will be no Owl bus service. Scheduled service will resume tomorrow at 5:30am.
Effective 8pm tonight, there will be no Metro Rail service into DTLA. Multiple Metro Bus lines are also experiencing delays and rolling detours near Fairfax, East LA and DTLA areas.
