Thank you, we have passed this to our law enforcement partners for follow up. We also encourage you to report incidents using Transit Watch app, which goes directly to a dispatcher.

Hi Cathy. We're sorry -- and we've passed along your views. Little bit more: due to diff stage setup, crowds for B won't be as large as for TS. Thus parking lot, traffic control and security we need aren't being offered to us. We're disappointed too.
Our new map! π
This will be our system starting NOON Friday when the new A and E Lines debut along with 3 new DTLA stations.
Friendly reminder: FREE rides on our πππ²π from 3am Friday to 3am Monday to celebrate the opening of the Regional Connector.
See you on board!
Thanks to our regulars and newbies for riding with us today!
All the info you need to ride during the DTLA 10 freeway closure is here:

ITβS CALLED THE REGIONAL CONNECTOR. WHEN IT OPENS IT WILL REDUCE OR ELIMINATE TRANSFERS FOR MANY METRO RIDERS TRAVELLING ACROSS THE REGION VIA DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES.
In honor of Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gigi, and the seven other lives lost on Jan. 26, Metro will be pausing bus and rail operations for 24 seconds at 8:24 a.m.
A peek into the new Little Tokyo/Arts District Station!
This is 1 of 3 new underground light rail stations in DTLA built for our Regional Connector project.
When Connector opens, π will run btwn Santa Monica and East LA & btwn Azusa and Long Beach, sharing 5 DTLA stations.
LA Metro offers its deepest condolences to family and friends of Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna and those who perished today. So many rode Metro to go see Kobe perform his magic and win titles. We will find ways to honor Kobe and his irreplaceable legacy. Photo:

hi, we like the idea, but a station dedication or renaming would need to be approved by Metro's Board of Directors. We'll share this tweet with appropriate staff, or you can submit your comment here:
One big accomplishment highlighted at our State of Agency we know many of you have requested:
πΊAll fabric seats on our buses and trains have been replaced with vinyl seats!
One of the big projects we're planning is the K Line Northern Extension.
The project would mean the K connects to 4 rail lines (B, C, D, E) and 6 busy bus lines (the 2, 4, 16, 20, 720, and 33).
Lateat updates on our blog:
The Metro Board last week approved an operating plan for the C and K Lines that will go into effect in 2024 -- exact date tbd.
Hereβs what it looks like:
The Boring Co. announces plans to build "Dugout Loop" transit system between Dodger Stadium and Red Line. The more mobility options, the better, says Metro.
Our Regional Connector project opens at HIGH NOON on Friday! π
The project broke ground in fall 2014.
To build it, we excavated twin 1.9 mile tunnels under DTLA and dug 3 new underground stations.
Degree of difficulty: Extremely High.
We're proud to announce MetROW, the watery transit option for those who don't mind rowing the boat.
Our Metro Coxswains are here to help you huff, puff and get where you're going.
π£ allowed. Eat π with extreme caution.

EXHALE: Normal Monday morning service is underway. No significant damage across the Metro system. Many tired frontline team members worked through the rain and wind to keep the system safe and running. Give them a high-five if you see them.
THANK YOU to everyone who came out to ride our new A and E Lines and see our 3 new DTLA stations this weekend.
Your feedback, your enthusiasm, your support -- means the world to us.
We know there's a lot of work still to do. And work we will. Thank you β€οΈποΈ
How have we as a country gotten to the point where *Los Angeles* is the only major metro area doing any significant work on its metro? LA also passed Chicago in total ridership last year.

So after some delay, I can finally show what I have been doin' in my spare time to keep myself sane! I present to you all a map of the Pacific Electric's passenger services of Summer 1937, as can best be surmised. Link will be below for a better quality version.

Starting next Sunday, Dec 10, we're also:
